That would be my first guess and attempt to do the cleaning before anything else. If it works, try to write someting on the floppy and put it back into the Trinity to see the results. If successful, then save 'ALL' and check out the contents of the floppy on your PC. Use a blank disk and format it in the Trinity. Posted: Mon 2:25 pm Post subject: Re: Unformatted Disks. Being that these floppies are outdated media, can you find cleaners for these drives anywhere? I have several floppies,all of them read "unformatted" but yet the very same ones read fine on the pc. However,when I took them down and inserted them in my drive on the trinity,they are reading "unformatted" It decompressed the img files,and I could read them fine on the pc.
